Data security for this website, ClickCom codes and maintains will conform to the policy described in this document. Data security applies to our client’s consumer’s information to safeguard consumer personal, medical and financial information.

All communication between the client browser and the server is protected by encoding data where appropriate and securing sensitive data communications within the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) that is identified by 128 bit encryption technology supplied by GeoTrust certificates. Information that is considered to be sensitive in nature is any communication between the merchant accounts and out server for credit card processing, personal financial information that is given for job / loan / educational applications and any information that contains data elements that comprise of but not limited to social security numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers and information that can be misused to steal a persons assets or identities.

The information which can directly be viewed on the public side of our network will only be displayed and viewable with the secure pages under the SSL portions of the web site.

All information when determined to be sensitive will only be available via the administration portion of the website and will be stored in encrypted form within the database. This information will be purged / deleted when it is determined to be no longer needed for tracking or verifying that the consumer has received the goods or services that they have purchased.

Any electronic transmission of this data via electronic mail will be sanitized to only display the last 4 digits of information from account numbers and credit card numbers.

All efforts to protect personal financial information such as credit references will not be stored within the database unless encrypted. To view the data will require that a person be authorized by logging into the system and only be viewable by authorized users. None of this information will be stored on any backup tapes for a period of 30 days at which time it will be overwritten with information on a scheduled backup and any tapes will be destroyed if removed from media controller hardware.

All of Clickcom servers are behind a firewall that is monitored in a data center at Hosted Solutions in Charlotte and monitored on a 24x7 basis.  Access to the servers is strictly controlled and logged.

All databases which serve the Clickcom servers are on a private network that is not accessible from the intranet and is physically separated by another firewall computer which does not allow for any traffic to access the private network from the DMZ area (this is the portion of the network that is between the perimeter firewall to our network and the gatekeeper firewall computer).

All switches and routers are monitored on a 24x7 basis and are protected by passwords and logging all changes to a log file.
